A commitment to be conscientious stewards of the land. This means doing what we can to foster biodiversity, replenishing nutrient cycles and building up passive resilience to extreme weather events. When we move on from this land, we intend to leave it healthier than we found it
No pesticides, no herbicides, no fungicides.
We only use organic fertilizers, and only as needed. We are working towards closing the nutrient cycles, building fertility in a way that doesn't require sourcing non-renewable amendments from far away
nobul means no bull. We are honest about what we do and how we do it. We are not perfect, and we won't pretend to be. We will continue to strive to do better, but we will be honest about our failures and shortcomings. (We might add a filter to the occasional instagram post, but that's aesthetics not dishonesty.)
We will work to strengthen our community. Volunteering and education are a core part of what we do and who we are. We sell on a sliding scale to try and make what we grow available to everyone in our community. They're just flowers, they shouldn't be a luxury.
